- None of the following conditions shall affect the Buyer's statutory rights as a consumer.
By use of this Website user agrees to the terms and conditions outlined on this Website. - The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods to GlassesFrames.org within a period of fourteen days after receipt of the same goods; the goods must be totally undamaged and totally unmarked condition. This return policy will only apply once - repeat returns are not permitted. Costs and risks in relation to the returned goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. When returning goods the Buyer will be liable for all the shipping costs incurred, both incoming and outgoing. Details here: Click here for details.
- The Buyer must provide GlassesFrames.org with details of the relevant prescription that is to be applied to the Eyeglasses..
- GlassesFrames.org is not responsible for the safe return of the Buyer's own glasses after checking or after reglazing/lens replacement. No refunds are permitted of the reglazing/lens analysis cost. We will remedy any error made by us should we supply an incorrect prescription. We do not return old lenses unless a specific request is made - even if such request is made we cannot be responsible for patients old lenses, accessories or cases.
- Should any order go missing during shipping, outside of Buyer's own glasses, it will be replaced free of charge. These items will be replaced only - refunds will not be made for any missing item. We require a non-delivery form to be completed and we will have to establish with the carrier that the item has not been delivered before we can replace any missing item.
- The lenses supplied by GlassesFrames.org will be made according to the prescription that the Buyer has submitted and we cannot accept returns for any prescriptions that have been entered incorrectly. We will remedy any error made by us should we supply an incorrect prescription. Patient certifies that the prescription is current and has been produced by a qualified and licensed professional. GlassesFrames.org.com take s no responsibility for the legality of the prescription presented. It is the responsibility of Buyer to meet all applicable local laws as GlassesFrames.org.com is merely a manufacture of the eyeglasses ordered and in no way represents itself as practicing Opticianry or Optomertry.
- If the Buyer is unsure of the relevant prescription to be applied to the spectacles, the Buyer must consult optical professional before placing an order.
- If the order is cancelled or altered after production or the order process has started a proportionate fee for costs incurred will be charged.
- Any change of address or any alteration to the order should be advised by email only.
- We advise you to obtain your pupillary distance/PD distance from optical professional. Old glasses sent for PD check must be received with 7 days after which the order will be processed using the PD given at time of order.
- The Buyer must be over the age of 18 to order from GlassesFrames.org.
- Unless specific insurance cover is offered risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer when the Buyer or its agent or the courier takes delivery of the goods or collects them.
- Even though risk in the goods has passed as stated. the Buyer will not own the goods until one of the following events occurs:
a.GlassesFrames.org is paid for the goods and no other amounts are outstanding from the Buyer to GlassesFrames.org in respect of other goods supplied by GlassesFrames.org;
b. GlassesFrames.org waives its right in respect of specified goods whereupon ownership of those goods will immediately vest in the Buyer. - The laws of Florida shall apply.
- All items are subject to availability.
- All specifications and prices are subject to errors and omissions and we reserve the right to cancel or amend sales. No contract will subsist between the Buyer and GlassesFrames.org for the sale by it to the Buyer of any product unless and until GlassesFrames.org accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to the Buyer at the time GlassesFrames.org sends the e-mail to the Buyer (whether or not the Buyer receives that e-mail).
